Tampa General Hospital's Values, Standards and Service Behaviors

Our values are the foundation for everything we do. Values can be defined as what we believe is important. These values are supported by the standards and service behaviors established for each one. There are also tools (new and old) we use to help us live these values. These values, standards and service behaviors will lead to improvements in outcomes including: quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
