To provide a warm welcome and familiarize you with our organization, you’ll be greeted by your manager or unit educator during the morning check-in, at lunch or at the end of our session. Please understand that this is dependent upon circumstances at the hospital on Monday (for example, staffing, safety huddles, etc.).
The core concepts of the NTMO program include:
- An overview of TGH
- An introduction to our Shared Purpose, Vision and Core Values
- An overview of our operating model
- Panel discussions with our Executive Leadership Team
- AKTiVe Training led by our President and CEO John Couris
- Q&A
Your orientation experience should be highly interactive and engaging. With that in mind, please respectfully avoid using your mobile phone during the program and only return texts and telephone calls during the breaks.
