Directions
Tampa General Hospital is located on Davis Islands, just south of downtown Tampa, and is easily accessible from major roadways. Whether you’re arriving from I‑275, downtown, or nearby neighborhoods, your GPS will guide you directly to the main campus entrance at 1 Tampa General Circle. As you cross the Columbia Drive Bridge, stay in the left lane to enter the hospital, then follow the posted signs to reach the appropriate parking garage, drop‑off, or entry point.

Parking Information
Parking is available in the visitor parking garage, where all handicapped spaces are clearly marked for easy access. Valet parking is offered for a flat $5, due upon departure. Garage parking is available for a flat $3 per visit, due when you exit the garage, and the first hour is free. You may prepay for garage parking at any kiosk located throughout campus, just be sure to keep the ticket you received when entering, as it is required for kiosk payment and when exiting the garage.
Free courtesy shuttle cart service operates 24/7 to help visitors move comfortably around campus. For a ride, or any parking‑related questions, contact the parking garage office on the first floor of the visitor garage. The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and can be reached at (813) 844‑2277. Oversized vehicles (garage clearance 6' 8") should follow signs to the designated oversized vehicle parking area. If that area is full, metered spaces are available nearby on Columbia Drive.
