Under Brandt’s leadership, the organization’s patient volume increased substantially, and its market share grew from 19.7% to 22.4% in eight years, surpassing competitors to become the consistent market leader. Additionally, she led strategic omnichannel marketing and communications plans, increasing brand awareness for TGH and TGH’s institutes, driving double-digit, year-over-year growth from 2021 to 2024, resulting in a 169% increase in impressions and a 171% increase in total PR audience over three years. Finally, the internal communication strategy helmed by Brandt supported engagement improvements from the 40th percentile to the 92nd percentile.
