Volunteers can sign in/out using this link and their TGH badge number. Your TGH badge number is the 6-digit # on your badge's back left side.

Check-in upon arrival at your TGH location by entering your TGH badge # (6-digit # located on the back left side of your badge) & hit the green arrow.

Complete the same process to record your sign-out time as you walk to your car.
Everyone volunteering at the main hospital may still sign in & out in the Volunteer Services office (F129) during regular hours, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m., or utilize the Sign In/Sign Out link to record your hours.
Lockers and beverages (bottled water and coffee) are available in the Volunteer office. You also may choose to sign in/out using the mobile application.
Volunteers providing service after office hours or at offsite locations must utilize the Sign In/Sign Out link to record their hours. All Interns, regardless of location, must use the sign-in/out process.
