We are excited to welcome Dr. Adam J. Kotkiewicz, a board-certified medical oncologist, to TGH Cancer Institute | Cancer Center of South Florida.

Dr. Kotkiewicz joins the practice with years of experience caring for patients in Palm Beach and Martin counties. He specializes in treating prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular, ureter, and penile cancers. He also helps patients with benign hematology conditions – noncancerous blood disorders that still require expert care and attention.

A Career Built on Care and Expertise

Dr. Kotkiewicz earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Pennsylvania. He continued his training with a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Locally, he has cared for patients through Martin Health Physicians Group, Cleveland Clinic Florida, and Jupiter Medical Center. His familiarity with the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast means he understands the unique needs of patients within these communities.

“It’s a privilege to join a nationally respected team of cancer specialists known for their innovation, collaboration, and steadfast commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care,” Dr. Kotkiewicz said.

“Adam has many years of experience treating patients in both Palm Beach and Martin counties. He will be a tremendous addition to our expanding practice as we continue to bring revolutionary cancer care to patients across the Palm Beaches and on the Treasure Coast,” said Dr. Abraham Schwarzberg, Executive Vice President, Chief of Oncology & President of the Tampa General Provider Network (TGPN) VP, Clinical & Translational Research, TGH-USF Health Joint Office of Clinical Research.
