Tampa General Hospital Launches Weight Management and Metabolic Health Center in Palm Beach County
The TGH Weight Management and Metabolic Health Center is now offering comprehensive, physician-supervised care for adults with obesity in Palm Beach County and on the Treasure Coast, expanding access to specialized metabolic health services close to home.
Supported by the clinical expertise of Tampa General Hospital, Florida’s premier academic health system, the new center provides a personalized and medically driven approach to sustainable weight management.
A Comprehensive, Physician-Led Approach to Weight Loss
The center is led by Dr. David B. Schwimmer, a board-certified gastroenterologist and obesity medicine specialist who serves as medical director.
The program is designed for adults seeking medically guided support for weight loss and metabolic health improvement. Patients can see Schwimmer at TGH Digestive Health Center locations in Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach.
