Before joining the TGH Physician Business Development team, Erica served as the Manager of Business Operations for the Surgery Center at TGH Outpatient Center. Prior, she worked at a healthcare technology and consulting firm, helping some of the largest healthcare systems across the nation with their compliance strategies. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus in Broadcast News. Erica is currently a Board Member at Large for the American Association of Physician Liaisons (AAPL) and is the co-committee chair of the Membership committee.
