The TGH Transfer Center is staffed 24 hours a day. To transfer a patient from another facility, call 1-800-247-4472. The sending facility will be asked to provide the following information: patient name, address, social security number, home phone, date of birth, diagnosis, name of referring facility, name of physician and reason for transfer.

Level I Trauma Centers like TGH's Wallace Trauma Center are equipped to care for the most critically ill and injured adult and pediatric patients with dedicated resources available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
