OneTGH Employer Solutions presents "Workplace Strategies: Why Mental Health is Important," a collaboration between mental health practitioners and employer advocates.
Mental health has been a growing health topic and more prevalent in today’s workplace. Managers are at the forefront of employees’ well-being needs and are confronted with issues daily. To aid in their effort to supporting their employees, we have gathered mental health practitioners and employer advocates from TGH, University of Tampa, USF Health, USF College of Behavioral and Community Sciences, ME Wilson, and Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, to provide mental health resources that impact employers. This educational event will showcase varied topics from prevention to intervention relevant in today’s workforces. Attendees will take away tools and resources while earning CEUs: SHRM and HRCI, CCM, RNs.
