Health Insurance Marketplace Assistance

In partnership with USF and the Family Healthcare Foundation, Tampa General Hospital is equipped with three licensed navigators who serve patients and the community from room A124A of the hospital’s main campus all year long.

A navigator’s mission is to increase awareness among the uninsured or underinsured about affordable health care coverage options available. Navigators also assist consumers through and beyond the Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment process.

Open enrollment runs from Nov. 1, 2022 through Jan. 15, 2023 and our navigators continue to work after that period to assist consumers during special enrollment.
