Xuguang Scott Chen, MD, PhD

Xuguang Scott Chen, MD, PhD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist. He has broad expertise in cancer care and advanced radiation technologies. Dr. Chen previously served as the chief resident in the Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and as an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has authored more than 25 publications and two book chapters, and his work has received numerous accolades, including the Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award and the Carolina Care Excellence Award. Dr. Chen is a member of the American College of Radiation Oncology and the American Society for Radiation Oncology.
