Our Inpatient Nutrition Services

Our dietitians work closely with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to provide individualized nutrition care throughout each hospital stay. Using evidence-based medical nutrition therapy across all inpatient units, including ICUs, they assess, monitor, and adjust nutrition plans to support recovery, improve outcomes, and promote a safe transition home.

 Institute Support Nutrition Services

TGH Cancer Institute

Good nutrition plays an important role in supporting patients during cancer treatment and recovery. Our dietitians work closely with oncology teams to help manage treatment-related side effects, maintain strength and muscle mass, support weight management, and promote overall well-being through personalized nutrition care and ongoing support.

TGH Transplant Institute

Nutrition plays a vital role in preparing for and recovering from a solid organ transplant, including kidney, liver, lung, and heart transplantation. Our dietitians collaborate with transplant specialists to develop personalized nutrition plans that support strength before surgery, promote healing afterward, manage medication-related side effects, and reduce the risk of complications. Through ongoing education and follow-up care, we help patients build healthy eating habits that support their new organ and long-term health.
