I began my career in Human Resources at a community hospital in New Jersey, supporting onboarding and pre-employment processes before transitioning into recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical roles. After relocating to Southwest Florida, I moved into corporate recruiting, where I focused on enhancing the candidate experience, leading recruitment marketing initiatives, building university partnerships, and developing internship programs.
I'm excited to be back supporting healthcare recruitment and contributing to TGH's continued growth and success. One of the things I value most is a strong collaborative culture and welcoming environment, both of which I've found at TGH.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, seeing a favorite band or artist perform live, and relaxing in the Florida sunshine with a good book. I look forward to partnering with and getting to know all of you!
