New locations in Spring Hill and Brandon offer personalized, concierge-style care tailored to the unique needs of seniors.

Tampa, FL (Sept. 25, 2025) – Tampa General Hospital (TGH) is proud to announce the opening of two new TGH Senior Center powered by Greenbrook Medical locations, dedicated exclusively to the care of patients aged 65 and older. The new centers are at 1436 Pinehurst Drive in Spring Hill and 427 S. Parsons Ave. in Brandon.

These full-service clinics are designed to provide seniors with personalized care focused on their unique needs. Patients will benefit from extended visits with primary care physicians, same-day specialist referrals, reduced wait times and easy-to-schedule appointments. Each patient will also receive a comprehensive evaluation from a specialized senior care team to help manage chronic conditions and support long-term wellness goals.

Our goal is to deliver a care experience that truly meets the needs of our senior population,” said Dr. Karna Patel, vice president of the Tampa General Medical Group. “These new centers allow us to spend more time with each patient, build stronger relationships and provide care that is both proactive and deeply personal.”

Each TGH Senior Center is powered by Greenbrook Medical, a senior-focused primary care group that has served the Tampa Bay area since 1991.

“We’re honored to partner with Tampa General to bring our proven model of concierge-style care to more seniors in our community,” said Neil Machhar, CEO of Greenbrook Medical. “Our mission has always been to help seniors live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives — and these new centers are a major step forward in that mission.”

“At Greenbrook, we believe in total accountability for our patients’ health outcomes,” added Dr. Raj Machhar, chief medical officer of Greenbrook Medical. “That means smaller patient panels, personalized care plans and a team that goes above and beyond to support every individual we serve.

In addition to chronic condition management, the centers offer wellness resources, care coordination and a range of in-clinic services, including diagnostic testing, lab work, skin biopsies and joint injections.

“This expansion reflects our commitment to delivering world-class, accessible care to every corner of our community,” said Adam Smith, executive vice president and chief ambulatory care officer at Tampa General Hospital. “We’re proud to offer a model of care that prioritizes dignity, connection and outcomes for our senior patients.”
