Spend More Time with Patients Who Need it Most
TGH at Home uses a care model designed to provide patients with inpatient hospital-level care in the comfort of their own homes. Through cutting-edge technology, our team of doctors and nurses can provide world-class care with convenient in-home visits, remote patient monitoring and virtual visits, making any treatment changes needed with at least two in-person visits per day for optimal recovery.
TGH at Home allows Tampa General to extend its care beyond the four walls of the health system by treating acute patients at home. TGH at Home cares for over 230 different diagnoses. This is hospital-level care, not home health.
