About Sarah Frahn, MBA, MSN, RN, NE-BC
Frahn joins Tampa General from Seattle Children’s Hospital — ranked among the nation’s top 10 children’s hospitals—where she led high-volume surgical programs and drove measurable improvements in access, efficiency, patient satisfaction and team engagement. As a former ICU nurse with deep experience in transplant coordination and complex specialty care, Frahn has also held leadership roles at Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Orange, Calif., where she supported enterprise-wide innovation and expansion.
Frahn is known for fostering data-driven, collaborative teams and building high-performance environments where care and innovation thrive. At Tampa General, she will oversee continued growth and national prominence for the Muma Children’s Hospital at TGH and the academic health system’s Women’s Institute.
Originally from southern Ontario, Canada, Frahn holds dual master’s degrees in business administration and nurse executive leadership and is board-certified as a nurse executive.
