About Nadine Brito, MSN


Nadine Brito, MSN, is the Director of Patient Services at TGH Spring Hill, where she combines clinical expertise with strong leadership to ensure high-quality nursing and patient safety outcomes. She oversees operational management and efficiency across multiple departments, including Emergency Department Services, Women & Children's Services (NICU/LDRP), Spring Hill ICU, Telemetry, Med-Surg units, Respiratory Therapy Services, and Nursing Supervisors.

Nadine earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from South University, foundations that have empowered her commitment to excellence in nursing leadership.

Before her current role, Nadine served as Interim Director of Patient Services at Tampa General Hospital’s Davis Island campus, managing the Acute Care Medicine Division, Clinical Resources Team, and Rapid Response Team. She also brings five years of experience as Senior Nurse Manager of a 24-bed inpatient cardiac overflow unit focusing on pre-liver transplant patients.

Starting her nursing journey in 2012, Nadine joined Tampa General Hospital in 2013, where she has since cultivated her leadership skills and nursing knowledge through numerous quality improvement initiatives, serving as Patient Care Leadership Council (PCLC) Secretary and Co-Chair. Her dedication to professional development and patient-centered care continues to shape the future of nursing at Spring Hill and beyond.
