TGH Virtual Health allows you to consult with a provider live, at any time, from anywhere. Created through a partnership between with Tampa General Hospital and Teladoc, TGH Virtual Health allows you to get the treatment you need for non-emergency conditions without having to wait for an appointment with your primary care physician or visit an urgent care center or hospital emergency room.

How can I access TGH Virtual Health?
To access TGH Virtual Health, all you need to do is visit www.TGHVirtualHealth.org to register on your computer or download our convenient app on your tablet or smartphone. After a quick sign-up process, you will find yourself face to face with a provider via a secure audio and video connection.
What types of conditions can be addressed through TGH Virtual Health?
TGH Virtual Health is an ideal option if you are experiencing a non-emergency condition, such as a sinus infection, a sore throat, allergies, flu, asthma, bronchitis, ear aches, pink eye, and more. If you or a loved one is suffering from a life-threatening condition, you should go to a hospital emergency room or call 911.
 
What are the hours that TGH Virtual Health is available?
Because you can never predict when you will become ill, a TGH Virtual Health provider is available to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This ensures that you can always receive the treatment you need when you need it.
Are the providers on TGH Virtual Health all TGH providers?
TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track providers will be available on the platform 7 days a week from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. When TGH Urgent Care Powered by Fast Track providers are not available on the platform, Teladoc providers will be available. 
Can a TGH Virtual Health provider prescribe me any needed medications?
Yes. Once you have explained your symptoms to one of our providers, they will be able to establish a diagnosis and send any needed prescriptions directly to your pharmacy.
How long does a TGH Virtual Health visit usually take?
The average wait time to see a TGH Virtual Health provider is approximately six minutes and consultations typically last about 10 minutes. 
How much does a TGH Virtual Health visit cost?
TGH Virtual Health is much more affordable than a hospital emergency room visit, costing only $79 per consultation.
Will my insurance cover a TGH Virtual Health visit?
