As a People and Talent professional, my journey has evolved in healthcare for over 25 years. In Florida, I began my career with TGH Imaging, leading talent acquisition for our outpatient imaging centers. This role allowed me to focus on attracting top-tier talent and building strategic hiring partnerships. Tampa General Hospital (TGH) then gave me the opportunity to join our amazing People and Talent team on our system side. Currently, I specialize in recruitment for TGH Imaging and our ambulatory care imaging divisions. I am passionate about aligning the top talent to the right roles, ensuring we deliver the best possible care to our patients and support to our teams.

Before relocating to Florida, I lived and worked in Pennsylvania, where I served as a People and Talent partner for a large healthcare system. I loved recruiting across leadership, provider, clinical, and non-clinical roles. Over a year and a half ago, I made the decision to permanently move to the Tampa area to be closer to my oldest daughter, who is beginning her own family and enjoy the warm weather. My other grown daughter chose to remain in PA.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, her husband, and our three cats. I also love shopping, trying new restaurants, exploring new places, walking, reading, growing plants/flowers, and relaxing by the beach/pool.
