Members have access to a wide variety of classes to meet the needs of all fitness levels, from beginner to elite. There are many benefits to group fitness, from building cardio endurance to improving muscle strength and flexibility. Our Certified Group Fitness Instructors provide proper instruction, motivation and excitement to each class! Classes are offered Monday through Friday and are FREE as part of your membership!
Cardio Classes to get Your Heart Racing
- Zumba®: This class combines dance and aerobic fitness interval training set to high-energy Latin and exotic international beats.
- Cardio Drumming: Drum along to an invigorating soundtrack using weighted drumsticks designed to transform drumming into a full body interval workout.
- Cycle: Get you heart pumping inside our private cycling studio where classes focus on endurance, strength, interval training, and recovery. All cycling classes incorporate heart rate variable technology so you can view you real-time heart rate, calories burned, and target heart rate zones for enhanced training.
Classes to Relax Your Mind and Balance Your Body
- Mat Pilates: Focusing on postural and muscular awareness by using Pilates techniques.
- Yoga: Synchronize your breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and balance.
- Movement is Medicine: A dynamic class that combines gentle exercise, mobility work, and mindful movement to support healing, boost energy, and improve overall wellness.
Strength and Training Classes to Build Muscle
- Power Press: Barbell-based weight training class focusing on building strong muscles throughout the body.
- Butts and Guts: A booty blasting workout that focuses on core strength, glute activation, and posture improvement.
- Core Strength: Focuses on the core (abs, glutes, lower back) to improve functional strength and assist in injury prevention.
- Multi-Fit: A creative mix of cardio conditioning and weight training designed to help build strength and stamina.
TGH Fitness Center Signature App
Members can download the TGH Fitness Center App in Google Play and Apple Store. Through the app, you can book your favorite services, track and follow along with workouts, track progress and view your account in real-time.
