Corporate Run & Fitness Festival Training Program

Get Your Fitness On

TampaWell, activated by Tampa General Hospital, and Harbour Island Athletic Club are pleased to offer a training schedule for this year’s Corporate Run & Fitness Festival. The six-week program is
designed for all fitness levels, and best of all, it’s free! The schedule to the right will guide you through a gradual increase in strength and endurance to prepare you to go the distance in the 3-mile run or
participate in the group fitness classes that will take place at the big event on Thursday, November 17th in Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park.

Dance Cardio

This class combines dance and aerobic fitness interval training set to high-energy Latin and exotic international beats.

F.I.T. Camp

Functional Interval Training is high-energy training for all levels. Rotate through a variety of total body exercises with additional cardio bursts designed to improve agility, balance, endurance and burn calories!

Registration for the training program is required.

Saturdays — 9-10 a.m.
