Dany Edward Sayad MD
Dr. Sayad has served as the Section Chief for General cardiology at the USF Health cardiology division for over three years. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Sayad is a member of the credential committee at TGH and the teaching committee at the American College of Cardiology, Florida Chapter. He's received awards in the Press Ganey Excellence in Patient Satisfaction, Castle Connelly, and multiple Best Doctors awards in Tampa and in the U.S.
Before joining TGH in 2001, Dr. Sayad was the Director of the non-invasive lab at the James Haley VA Hospital. He earned his medical degree from the Saint Joseph University School of Medicine in Lebanon. He completed his medical training at St Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York and his Cardiology training at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School.
