Yeah, we know. It’s sooooo tempting.

National Junk Food Day is the perfect excuse to indulge in potato chips and curly fries, pizza and Pop-Tarts, cotton candy and candy bars.

We’re here to save you from all that.

Thanks to dietitian and food blogger Jamie Vespa, we have a fine selection of recipes that feel indulgent…but aren’t. They cut down on fat and sugar and sneak veggies in where you aren’t expecting them.
