Football food – yes, football food – that’s festive AND healthy

There are all kinds of decisions to be made before the Super Bowl: Which team will you root for? Who’s coming to your party? How many over-the-top ads will you watch?

But here’s one you don’t have to worry about: what to eat.

You may feel called upon to celebrate Big Football with Big Food…Nachos! Pasta! Seafood!

Go right ahead. Just be aware that there are healthy choices out there, and we’ve helpfully compiled a few festive…but healthy…recipes for you, courtesy of our dietitians Jamie Vespa and Melissa Odorisio.
