Who wouldn’t want to balance a spinning plate? Clown Ambassador Thom Wheaton from Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus visited Tampa General Hospital today. Wheaton passed out coloring books, ringmaster hats and clown noses to patients.
