Medical Coverage - Employees can choose between two levels of health coverage that begins the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Employee contributions are based on the plan option selected and budgeted work hours.
Vision - TGH offers comprehensive coverage for eye exams, eye glasses or contacts, LASIK discounts and much more. Employee contributions are based on the plan option selected.
Dental Coverage - There are three dental benefits options to choose from. Employee contributions are based on plan selection.
Life Insurance - TGH provides two times your annual salary. Additional insurance may be purchased up to four times your annual base salary. Maximum coverage is $1,000,000 and employee contributions depend on the plan selected.
Dependent Life - Employees choose from four option levels for spouse/children.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment - $50,000; $100,000; or $200,000 level plans are available for purchase.
Voluntary Products - Choice of Universal Life, Critical Illness, Long term, and/or Pet Insurance.
