 TGH team members who work at least 16 hours per week are eligible for our generous health care benefits, provided they have been employed for 60 days. We offer medical insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Dental Insurance through MetLife, vision insurance, life insurance, dependent life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance and supplemental insurances that cover everything from identity theft to the health of your pet. 

TGH offers a 403(b) retirement savings program, which allows team members to contribute any percentage of their gross earnings, on a pre- or post-tax basis up to the IRS annual limit, to the plan. TGH will match contributions, up to 5 percent, after you have been employed for 12 months and worked at least 1,000 hours.
